10 Days Kilimanjaro Northern Route

Tour Overview

The Northern Circuit is the longest and most scenic route on Mount Kilimanjaro, offering trekkers a chance to experience the mountain from multiple perspectives. This route is ideal for those seeking a more immersive and less crowded climb. Spanning 10 days, the Northern Circuit starts on the western side of the mountain and traverses through lush rainforests, moorlands, and alpine deserts, before reaching the summit. The longer duration allows for optimal acclimatization, which increases the chances of summit success. The route also provides stunning views of the Kibo summit, Mawenzi Peak, and the surrounding landscapes. Since it is less trafficked compared to other routes, trekkers can enjoy a quieter, more serene climb. The Northern Circuit offers a well-balanced mix of challenging terrain, breathtaking views, and an extended chance for acclimatization, making it one of the best options for those who want to fully experience the beauty and grandeur of Kilimanjaro.
